Cost of Fencing A 100 by 50 in Nigeria in 2022.

Cost of Fencing a Plot of Land to 3 plots of 100 x 50 in Nigeria.

3,200 blocks is needed to fence a plot of land of 100×50.

For 6 inches block

If at #250 per block it is #250 x 3200= #800,000 naira.

If at #280 per block it is
#280x3,200 blocks= #896,000 naira

For 9 inches block,
If at #280 per block, it is
#280×3,200= #896,000

If at #320 per block, it is
320×3200= #1,024,000 naira.

For 3 plots it would be 1,024,000 + (1/3 of 1,024,000)2

Therefore, #1,024,000 + #682,666 = #1,702,666

6 trips of 5 tons of sand is needed to fence a land.
A trip of 5 tons is #26,000

6 trips ×#26,000 = #156,000

If its for 3 plots fencing 4 more trips of 5 tons of sand would be needed at #112,000 more, to make  a total of #156,000 + #112,000 = #268,000

55 bags of cement needed to fence a plot at #3,900
55× 3,900= #214,500

For cement at #4,200
55×4,200 = #231,000

For any extra plots fencing needed, more of 1/3 of total cement for a plot of land fencing is needed x 2= 2/3

2/3 of #231,000= #462,000÷3= #154,000 more equivalent of 37 bags more is needed

To make a total of 55 bags + 37 bags = 92 bags of cement
at #231,000 + #154,000
= #385,000 naira
Or 92× 4,200= #386,400 naira.

Cost of Labour starts with land excavation, to concrete blinding and mixing
 for a plot at #80,000
Cost of fencing for 3 plot should be 80,000 + extra #40,000 = #120,000
