Why Anyone Under 45yrs Should Not Be Allowed A President Nor A Governor in Nigeria For The Next 50 years

Why Anyone Under 45years Should Never Be Allowed A President Nor A Governor In Nigeria For The Next 50years:

When the youths clamour to assume the mantle of leadership in Nigeria, I still can't but ponder the level of decay the country degenerates to. Sure its allowed in Morocco and a few other countries but it should not be Nigeria.
Leadership requires a lot of uncompromising features as such boils down to age, exposure in the discipline, education and experience. Believe me, Nigerian youths of today under 45years don't in anyway deserve the office of a governor or a President as I believe a lot of these lads with all their Bsc, Msc & PhD has nothing to offer except lies and to go for their own self justifying loots like every other regular politicians as it will be far worse for Nigeria and Africa as our youths lacks the cultural, social, civic values and prowess for such complex appointment except it's just for the record of been in office as usually all about the National cake sharing.

However the 1st class bagged in laudacum degree, Rationality and deep thinking is not associated with youths as recklessness and rush of emotions will always cloud diplomatic reasons. In most cases, youths are tempted with a showmanship of playing heroes in unwarranted fronts thereby compromising diplomatic ethics as Nigeria is a Federation comprising of about 300 tribes and sub nations whose interest must all be duely considered and advance with sentiments nor favouritism

If I may add, ask from any of these youths how much they know about leadership, History, economics, Public Administration, politics and the government of the future and they would just stare at you drop dumb without enviable retortions like the rest of the regular Nigerian Professors and Lecturers as ineptitude begot ineptitude and a prodigal father begot a wayward son.

While Nigeria is still trying to sanitize the whole polity and dissolve the old Oligarchy system and Bureaucrats, and yet we want to pollute our youth with the same corruption infection and sickness to make them worse breeds than they already are. The desperation in youths today is a clear indication of recklessness and a backlash of political trickling from the government central system and anguish to grasp the edges of power like the blades of the gods.

My assignment for any under 45yrs who aspires to lead Nigeria in the next 50years either as a President or a Governor should first go and study History into details about, the USA, Russia, China, Japan, Germany, Namibia, Zambia, Rwanda, Liberia, Industrialist, Japanese intellectuals and Career oriented, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Mauritius, Togo, Mali, Cape Verde, Somalia, Malawi, South Africa, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Benin Republic, South Korea, Taiwan, Netherland, Australia, The significant and Practice of Agriculture and effects on a Nations economy. All this will help you to tell whether you are fit or not.
Secondly, Nigerian youths should take their time to study the life of the following persons As such Awolowo, Ahmadu Bello, Aguyi Ironsi, Nnamdi Azikwe, Odumegu Ojukwu, Ken Sarowiwa, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Prof Wole Shoyinka, Prof Chinua Achebe, Solomon Lar, Jubril Aminu, Pa Anthony Enahoro, Sheu Shagari, Ibrahim Babangida, Sani, Abacha, Yakubu Gowon, Muhammed Buharri, M.K.O Abiola and his coups and counter coups with his people how they amassed against Awolowo and a few Nigerians and romance with the Old Nigerian Military leaders along side The Entire history of Nigeria that boarders on the Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and the rest of about 300 other tribes. This is because I have met alot of Americans and British who knows a lot far better about Nigerian history from the shores of foreign land than the rest of us that inhabit the land.

NOTE!!
- Knowing that 34% of the worlds wealth is in the USA & Canada alone,
- the Central America and Mexico shares 2%,
- All African Countries put together shares 8% of the worlds wealth, South America Shares 5%,
- Europe shares 25% of the worlds,
- Asia shares 20% of the worlds wealth put together,
- While the Oceanians and Australasia Shares 6%.
READING CULTURE, HUMAN RESOURCES AND IQ INTELLIGENCE IN NIGERIA & AFRICA AS COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:
There is a reason why the American prefers to invest in Japan, China and the rest of Asia as compare to Africa, Reason been that an Average Asian has a higher IQ of 70 ratings over Africans with 10 to 50 IQ, A Nigerian or African 1st class graduate has an IQ of 115 to 120 IQ why in China and Japan, A first class has an IQ of 150 to 180 IQ ratings.
Only in the USA exist Christopher Langan with an IQ ratings of 195 to 225 IQ to beat the record of Albert Einstein of 185 IQ. My emphasis is this; that we Nigerians don't read anything out side our disciplinary curriculum therefore making us myopic, stereotype, uninnovative and unbendable and undaptable to the changes of time which reflects in our way of life, politics, economy, technology, education, culture, industries, ministries, media, religion, social life. That is why even the Nigerian and African people are as well retrogressing. I strongly believe promise land is not America, Europe, Asia but A state of mind.

For the growth and development of Nigeria and Africa, It is in this light I ascertain that an ill trained and ill experienced youth under the age of 45years should not be allowed a a place in the complex matters bordering on international diplomacy especially in complex matters of been Voted a Nigerian President nor Governor in the next 50 years. I shall refute this and will always continue to refute it until we have a youth to prove other wise.
